Your electronic signature on any agreement shall have the same legal force as a handwritten signature.

5. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

You and Nice Guys Loans agree that any dispute or claim arising out of your use of this website or any loan product shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Utah Uniform Arbitration Act (Utah Code § 78B-11-101 et seq.) rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the Utah Consumer Credit Code (Title 70C).
